Return and Exchange Policy

Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy:
  • Jewelry pieces are accepted for refund or exchange in the U.S. if returned in new, unworn, saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and order number.
  • Custom made or custom modified pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Pearl jewelry pieces are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return requests (including defective items) must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 21 days of receiving.
  • Please email support@keanijewelry.com to initiate a return or exchange.  Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to and from Keani Hawai'i. You also have the option of a USPS shipping label being provided to you, however, the cost of the shipping ($15) will be deducted from your refund or credit.  If we are shipping any exchanged merchandise, we will collect $15 for USPS Priority Mail.
  • KEANI HAWAII does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items, which can include any loss or damages incurred in shipping.

Apparel and Accessory Exchange Policy: (Online purchases only)

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange. 
  • Apparel items are accepted for refund or exchange in the U.S. if returned in new, unworn, saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and order number. 
  • Apparel items  must have original price tags attached and be in their original packaging.  We will NOT accept items that appear used or worn.
  • Return requests (including defective items) must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
  • All sale or marked down items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Size exchanges are made on an exception basis, however, the customer must pay for the cost of shipping both to and from Keani Hawai'i.
  • All bodysuits, intimates, and accessories (which includes bags and sunglasses) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange or return. (Applies to online and in-store purchases).
  • Aloha Collection purchases are FINAL SALE.
  • Malie Organics purchases are  FINAL SALE.
